Just £1 a month could help keep our helpline open

For decades, Family Lives has provided a free helpline to advise and support families across the UK. We need your support to ensure we can maintain this free service. By donating even £1 a month, you can help us continue to be there for them.

For many families, our helpline is a lifeline. Our website is full of advice and support for families; whether you're a child being bullied, or a mum worried their teenager is struggling with their mental health. Help us to keep being there, on the phone, online, and in person.

  • £10 funds three face-to-face parenting support sessions for a parent suffering from depression, helping them to cope with family life
  • £25 helps train a volunteer to provide family support via our helpline

Please give whatever you can afford.
