Free webinar on divorce, separation and new stepfamilies - NEW DATE

Wednesday 19th February

New date

This event will now take place on Wednesday 19th February at 7.30pm (GMT).

48% of all children born today will see the breakdown of their parents' relationship*

A stepfamily can seem like a triumphant new beginning to the adults concerned - a new partner for them, a parental figure for the children - but young people often don't see it that way. To them it’s the final ending of their original family and however conflicted and stressful the situation might have been, it was theirs. If their position isn't understood and their feelings managed, they can throw all sorts of spanners in the works by acting up and acting out.

With so many children experiencing the pain of their parents splitting up, Family Lives are running an awareness campaign to help parents do the best for their children during and after a family break up, including a free webinar for parents and family members.
