We'd like to hear from you

As part of our 3-year digital innovation project, we are looking to conduct short interviews with people who have recently tried to call our helpline but were unable to get through.

At times our helpline is very busy, but we’re keen to hear about your experience of calling. We are currently undertaking some anonymous research which will help us understand how we can improve our services, including the helpline. We would really like you to share your experiences with us.

If you are happy to be involved in our research, please fill out the form below. If you are selected for an interview, our research team will contact you to arrange an interview within one week. The interview will last approximately 30 minutes and we are only looking for participants ages 18 and over.

We are keen to hear about your experience of trying to call us. However, please bear in mind the focus of this research is on how we deliver our services and not on the topic or issue you tried to contact us about. Our research team are not trained to provide support and advice. The questions you will be asked revolve around accessing information about the helpline, knowledge of other services, and your use of digital services.
