We know that many people suffer in the workplace on a day to day basis so If you are experiencing any workplace bullying issues then you may want to attend our webinar.  Here are just a few scenarios you may be experiencing.

Our experts 

On our panel we have Deborah Casale of Slater & Gordon and Suzie Hayman who is a Trustee for Family Lives, counsellor and parenting educator. They will be both online and ready to help answer your questions and to give you some guidance. 

Deborah is a Senior Employment Lawyer at Slater & Gordon Lawyers in London. She advises on all aspects of Employment Law including Unfair Dismissal, Discrimination and Equal Pay Disputes. In addition, she has advised employees in substantial Sex Discrimination, Race Discrimination and Equal Pay cases against major financial institutions. Deborah is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and frequently comments on Employment Law issues in the media and writes articles for a variety of publications.


Suzie Hayman who is a trustee for Family Lives, trained as a teacher, Relate-trained counsellor, an accredited TripleP (Positive Parenting Programme) parenting educator, a broadcaster and author of nearly thirty books.  She has been a national agony aunt for almost 20 years, now writing for Woman magazine but has written weekly columns in The Times, the Guardian, Woman’s Own magazine and BBC Health Online. Suzie has vast knowledge of workplace bullying through her work and experiences.

Workplace bullying survey findings 

  • 66% of respondents witnessed bullying at work with 43% stating they were bullied by their line manager, 38% bullied by a colleague and 20% bullied by SMT or CEO. 
  • 91% felt that their organisation did not deal with the bullying adequately. 
  • 74% of respondents said that workplace bullying affected their family life and close relationships 
  • 44% sought medical advice or counselling because of the bullying
