What families say about us

"I thought I was at a dead end but thanks to you, I have hope again."

"Before I felt like the worst mother in the world, but finding Family Lives was the best thing that ever happened. I felt really understood for the first time."

"Did you know that your advice can change people’s lives?"

"Thank you. You’ve made my family a happy family. I could always turn to you when nobody else was around."

For every £1 you give to Family Lives:

  • 91p goes directly to delivering family support; online, over the phone, and face-to-face
  • 1p is invested in fundraising to generate future revenue
  • 3p is spent on giving advice on day to day family issues via the media
  • 3p is spent on our policy and campaigns work, so we can champion the needs of families
  • 2p is spent on running and support costs
