The High Sheriff’s Anti-Bullying Campaign in North Yorkshire

Dates:
Ongoing

We are delighted to have been chosen by Linda Fenwick, the High Sheriff of North Yorkshire, as her 2019 charity of the year.

The link between mental wellbeing and bullying is sadly well documented and we want schools and youth organisations across North Yorkshire to take part in the High Sheriff’s anti-bullying campaign, ‘Wear Blue’.

In partnership with the charity Compass REACH & Compass BUZZ, we want every school to join with us to run ‘Wear Blue’ anti-bullying days, to help raise money for our vital family support work. Working with The Two Ridings Community Foundation, we are also encouraging local charities and other organisations who work with young people to be part of the campaign.

Great prizes are on offer for those participating and all schools and groups receive free online safety materials.
