Every year we support tens of thousands of families through our helpline, livechat and email service, community services and website. We provide advice and support on parenting and family issues, and offer befriending and outreach services working with families often experiencing multiple and complex issues.

We achieve this thanks to our staff and the contribution and commitment of our dedicated volunteers across the country, who donated over 30,000 hours of their time last year. Parents and family members contact us at times when they are most in need of a listening ear to support and guide them, often in highly distressing situations with nowhere else to turn. Please donate today to help fund vital services for families across the UK.

Thank you for your support.
